2. Products
Oshun Candles offers handmade products, including candles made from natural wood and wax.
Because our products are handmade and natural wood varies in colour, grain, shape, and texture, each product is unique. Small differences between the product received and the photographs displayed on our website are not considered defects.
Product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, and other information are provided as accurately as possible.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are indicated in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Payment must be completed when placing an order. An order will be processed after successful payment confirmation.
4. Orders
After placing an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.
We reserve the right to contact the customer if additional information is required to process or deliver the order.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact the customer and offer an alternative solution or refund.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During busy periods, processing times may be extended.
Available shipping methods, delivery options, and shipping costs are displayed during checkout.
Once an order has been shipped, the customer may receive shipping confirmation and tracking information where available.

6. Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available by prior arrangement.

Customers should contact us before arriving to arrange a suitable pickup time.
7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable consumer protection laws and exceptions.

Returned products should be sent back within the applicable legal period and must be handled only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

8. Custom and Personalised Products
